Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy based on neuroscience.
It combines the most beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to get the root of a client's issue and negative beliefs, enabling them to address the issues in depth and completely overcome them.
'Words are powerful – and your mind is listening'

What sets RTT apart from other therapies?
RTT offers remarkable results. It works rapidly and removes the need for continuous therapy sessions. A single RTT session can achieve powerful results for a range of issues. A maximum of 3 RTT sessions are required for more severe issues & conditions.
RTT rapidly rewires the neural pathways of the brain and replaces out-dated belief systems and negative patterns of behaviour. Once the process of eliminating the underlying issues (be it beliefs/events in the past/ feelings), I use a range of powerful psychological tools to ensure the clients issues have healed and they've adopted a positive mindset, permanently.
RTT enables you to achieve freedom from your past, make peace with your present & look forward to your future..

The Conscious mind only controls 10% of who we are and uses willpower to control behaviours, habits & beliefs.
The Conscious mind will always be overpowered by the Subconscious mind's greater influence of 90%.
Working with your Subconscious mind allows for your recovery to be more rapid and deep rooted than simply working with your Conscious, day to day mind.
RTT enables for the complete rewiring of the incredible Subconscious mind using neuroplasticity in a constructive & healing way, allowing its influence to be beneficial, positive & permanent.
Conscious Mind:
10% control
Subconscious Mind:

Why is working with the subconscious mind so powerful?
‘Every thought you think and every word you say forms a blueprint and your mind must work to make that blueprint real.’
